QBS has employed two developmentally disabled individuals, Theresa and Steven, for more than 10 years. According to Kathie Hartmans, president (and Treasurer on the PIA Board), they bring a positive energy to the company and having them come to work every day is rewarding both from their work contributions, to the warm camaraderie they foster among the company’s employees. “They are family, and I can’t imagine Theresa and Steven not being with us,” said Kathie.
