David Dobbs Enterprises, DBA Menu Designs, is looking for looking for a dependable, outgoing and service oriented person to join our customer service department. Requires the ability to multi-task and communicate with our customers on the phone and via email. Training is provided.
In addition to the hourly pay, additional commission compensation is offered on opening new accounts and crossing-selling to current customers.
Shifts and Hours: Monday – Friday, hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist new and existing customers with inquiries, pricing, and order writing
Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding orders and product requests.
Sell new and existing products and services to customers by acquiring the customer’s needs.
Serve as a liaison between salesperson, art department, production, accounting department and customers.
Handle all inbound and outbound calls & emails from customers in a timely manner
Help answer questions from accounting and production on current projects
Capable of multi-tasking with accuracy.
Pro-active problem solving skills.
Self-motived, detail oriented and organized.
Creative thinking abilities.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience in sales and customer service is preferred.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business policies and procedures. Must have the ability to communicate with customers and coworkers.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as prices & discounts
