To truly be a sales-driven organization today, business owners and leaders must focus on several key factors: building, training, developing, and supporting a successful sales and marketing team is essential. Focusing on morale, strategy, and engagement processes is crucial.

Acknowledging your role as the existential leader of your entire team is a must. In some cases, changes to the sales and marketing team may be long overdue. It is no longer optional to utilize all the tools available today to communicate with clients and prospects.

Social media and a CRM (Customer relationship management) are must haves. Additionally, a compelling message that focuses on solutions rather than capabilities must be developed. If you want to dig deeper into these issues with peers, with Kelly Mallozzi as the facilitator and moderator of this transformational experience, consider enrolling in the 12 week CEO Leadership Virtual Summit, meeting weekly on Mondays at 12 NOON EST beginning Monday May 3rd.

  • 12 week program – 1 hour weekly interactive ZOOM meeting with Kelly Mallozzi & your peers
  • Part content/part lecture/part discussion – this will not be a stale ZOOM experience!
  • Homework will be required (you will need to put in the work to acquire the skills)
  • Help with planning strategies and development on the solutions right for YOUR company
  • Make 2021 your best year with the right positioning and message!

She is also a mentor to several future sales stars and she connects to them through the Women’s Print Mentoring Network. Check out her book, co-authored by Bill Farquharson: Who’s Making Money at Digital/Inkjet Printing…and How. Kelly also occasionally guest blogs at Printing Impressions.

Connect with Kelly: Twitter @SuccessInPrint and on LinkedIn where she regularly posts and is even often interesting.

This webinar is presented by Graphic Arts Association and co-sponsored by Print & Graphic Communications Association.
