drupa 2016 is being heralded by many as the most positive and successful exposition in recent memory. Significant technology announcements and demonstrations were the norm in a wide ranging field including inkjet printing, digital finishing and special effects, end-to-end digital workflow, hybrid print and print/finishing solutions, and even significant developments in the offset printing world.

If you missed drupa, or even attended and want to share the experience with your colleagues, plan now to attend the Printing Industries Alliance Post Drupa Report, Thursday, August 18th at Club 101 in New York City.

Expert panel discussions include:

  • Who’s On First? Offset vs. Digital vs. Inkjet vs. Nanography
  • The Rapid Rise and Importance of Labels and Packaging
  • The Growing Importance of Color Management
  • Post Press Takes the Lead
  • Wide Format Breaks Into the Big Time
  • Observations First Hand from drupa Attendees

A variety of industry leading vendors will be featured including:

Canon

The Post Drupa Report will be held at Club 101 at 101 Park Avenue at 40th Street in Manhattan from 9am-6pm. It is expected that more than ten leading exhibitors from drupa will participate in a blend of panels and presentations in front of an audience of more than 100 end users including printers, mailers and graphic arts service providers.

The all day program will intersperse presentations and panels and have a networking session at the end of the day. The event will have a lunch and speaker and an open bar in a vendor / end user networking event at 5:00pm. The cost for PIA members is $99 and non-members $139. Marty Maloney, PIA’s Executive Vice President, commented, “Our August 18th drupa event has the same leading companies that hosted our VIP drupa tour in Dusseldorf. All of them were major attractions at drupa and they represent the best of the best from the more than 1,800 drupa exhibitors. Printers will be privileged to hear from the Valedictorians of the drupa Class of 2016.”

End user decision makers need up-to-date information to navigate in the graphic arts market place. Most US printers did not go to Germany and must rely on third hand info that is daunting and sometimes confusing and even contradictory. The Post Drupa Report on August 18th is designed to give you the info you need, first hand, with clarity and balance.
