Often legislative issues are fast-tracked, necessitating a rapid response from the industry. That’s why Printing Industries Alliance established its Legislative Action Center. Using the technology behind the Legislative Action Center, members can send a personalized letter, email or fax on a key issue to their local elected representative.
The PIA Legislative Action Center was instrumental in several legislative initiatives, most notably defeating efforts to collect New York State Sales Tax on printed promotional materials. PIA has recently asked upstate New York members to take action on the proposed Manufacturing Tax Credits.

PrintPAC is the only national political action committee focused solely on representing the graphic communications industry. PrintPAC’s mission is to provide financial resources to elect pro-print, pro-business candidates to Congress. All CEO’s and management employees of Printing Industries Alliance member firms are eligible to contribute to PrintPAC, providing they are U.S. citizens or legal residents. Printing Industries Alliance has a strong record of support for PrintPAC recognizing the need to speak with one voice in Washington.
