Training

Printing Industries Alliance holds regular programs for owners, managers, HR managers and supervisors on a variety of topics. All programs are practical and hands-on. Printing Industries Alliance also holds an annual Human Resource Conference featuring nationally-recognized speakers on the latest laws, regulations, and compliance challenges. The conference provides you with the opportunity to have our expert presenters assist you with your human resource situations. Network with others who face the same challenges on a daily basis.

PIA conducts regular wage, salary and benefit surveys. These detailed publications are invaluable for benchmarking your firm against industry standards.
